Tampa, Florida. It is a beautiful place to photograph, but is my least favorite place that I’ve lived. As you can tell from the pictures, it is very neat and pristine. I felt that a lot of the people there matched the surroundings, everyone was trying so hard to be flawless. After all, Tampa is one of the top plastic surgery centers in the nation.
It felt a little too perfect and modern to me. I much prefer the slower, more laid back lifestyle here in North Carolina. I’m not saying I want to see cars parked on front yards and confederate flags waving in the wind, but I definitely appreciate country roads and rustic towns.
