Sooooo I’m alive. And married! And now we’re in Hawaii drinking and tanning celebrating our love.

The wedding was unbelievable. I’m going to write an actual post about it later but it was absolutely the best day of our lives. We got to party with 170 of our favorite people, how fun is that?

Also, our nephews made the cutest ring bearers EVER. I’m dying to get some of our professional pics back because our photographer is out of this world.

The weather was PERFECT, it was my fairy tale wedding come true. I did end up crying through my vows (and his) but that’s okay. As long as you can’t see the snot running down my face in the pictures 😀

On Monday we got up at 4 am and began our 18 hour journey to Maui.

On our 11th hour flying, we felt 100% insane

But it was soooo worth it. On the way to our hotel from the airport we saw whales diving and dolphins playing. Oh we also get to watch whales breaching from our hotel. I mean, I guess this place doesn’t totally suck.

We can’t wait to spend the next week exploring this gorgeous island and going volcano mountain biking, zip lining, and whale watching!! I hope you all have a great week! Back to the hot tub!

  1. Your posts always make me laugh out loud. I love the contradiction between the beautiful wedding gazebo and the seats, then you at 4AM:) (And, of course, the insane groom!) Your skin looks great! Enjoy your honeymoon!

  2. look so wonderfully happy … and your dress is beautiful. You husband looks so handoms too! (Does it sound weird hearing ‘husband’? *smiles*)

As for Maui ..wooohoooo. You have a grand, grand time. Swim … play … errr…other stuffs….eat the great food … sight see …. swim some more. Yahhhhhh!!!

    • Thank you, Katie!!! The word “husband” is definitely weird. It’s starting to roll of the tongue a bit easier now. My first few times saying it I would giggle afterwards heheh 🙂

We’re having a BLAST so far. We just came in from watching whales playing and interacting with some kayakers out on the water. Tomorrow we’re going mountain biking down a volcano. Can’t wait! Thanks for your sweet comment!

  3. What could be better than a honeymoon in Hawaii with humpbacks. Aside from the aliteration, the island time, the sea air, the fragrant leis, even the food is better. Maui is heaven on earth and you are there with your soulmate. Breathe in and keep sending us your stories so we can all be there with you in spirit. Much love, Behba

    • Thanks girl!! We are loving Hawaii. The time difference is a little difficult (6 hours) but its awesome still. Can’t wait to write some posts about the wedding/honeymoon! Hope you’re having a great week!

  5. CONGRATS! I was thinking about you guys all this week wondering when your next post would be and how many fabulous wedding/honeymoon pix it would include! You look beautiful and I wish you all the best with many blessings in your married life together! Can’t wait to see your post about the wedding! ❤

    • Thank you!!! I’m dying to write, but it’ll probably have to wait till we get home. It’s funny how writing can become addicting. I miss it!! Hope you have a great week!

  6. You Rock Girl! I was just thinking about you this morning, wondering where did you disappear and if you got married already! You look gorgeous and your skin looks Fab! Have fun, you do deserve it 🙂

    • Thank you sooo much!! I cannot even describe how thankful I was for clear skin. My mom and I both cried and sobbed over it haha- soooo happy. I appreciate your sweet message!
