Sometimes I have a hard time getting through the day without a nap. I’m kind of like an infant: as long as I eat, poop, and sleep, I am pretty content. A few times a week during my lunch break I will drive to a nearby park, pull up under a big oak tree, and take a 45 minute nap. I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the workday. 

 Today’s nap was especially great because instead of waking up to the sound of my get-back-to-work-alarm, I woke up to the rain pelting against my windows. A good book and a rainy day nap make for a perfect Friday lunch break.
